All prices listed on this web site
do not include shipping
costs.
Sales Tax
Orders originating and being delivered in Maryland
will be charged 5% sales tax.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payments: VISA, MasterCard,
Discover/Novus, American
Express, personal checks and money orders. Your credit card will be charged
prior to delivery/shipment of your gift. Money orders and checks must be
received and cleared prior to your purchase being delivered or shipped.
Corporate invoice billing is
available. However, we do request a credit card for the
first order. Terms: Net 15 business days.
Order processing - all
orders are processed and prepared for shipping and/or delivery
within 24-48 hours from the receipt of the order. Once the
order is prepared for shipping - the delivery time for the gift
can vary depending on the chosen method of shipping.
Local delivery orders
we will delivered within 24-48 hours from the receipt of order.
National shipping
orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the date we receive
the order. Please allow 2-5 days for the gift to arrive at its
destination for UPS ground shipping. See our shipping
schedule for more details.
We may require
additional time to process orders during our peak seasons
(Holidays) and for multiple gift orders.
All gifts are
wrapped in cello and tied with a beautiful bow to provide for
secure shipping to the recipient.
Shipping delays may occur during
various holiday seasons as well as for multiple orders. A member of
our team will contact you via e-mail if we foresee any shipping

Substitutions
Due to the availability of
products or seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or
greater value when necessary.
Returns/Replacement
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Shipping damages must be
filed immediately upon arrival. Please retain all product
and shipping materials. A return/replacement claim
must be filed within 2 business days upon receipt of the
package. Our team will make every
effort to replace any damaged item(s). We reserve the
right to request the unsatisfactory product(s) to be return to us
prior to replacement.
